OUR SERVICES

A.W. SHARSHAN, INC. provides services to companies who are owner operated or who employ fewer than five hundred employees. We focus first on providing our client with the best tax planning relative to its plan of operation; every cent not spent on taxes improves the bottom line! Secondly we will provide support services which include, but are not limited to, financial statements, bank submittals, financial planning, business structuring, business valuations, audits, and legal needs and alternatives.

We will provide only services requested and will do so assuring you, our client, that we all have a clear understanding of the scope of work and of the costs involved. Most of the time, we will provide products and services on a predetermined cost basis. And, for those services which will require hourly rates, we will provide a cost ceiling in order to avoid any surprises at completion. In every case costs and fees will be fair and just and we will strive to exceed value given for fees received.

OUR AFFILIATES

A.W. SHARSHAN, INC. is allied with COGBURN LAW OFFICES, and Mr. Jim Rhodes of INFINITY FINANCIAL STRATEGIES, INC. We work closely with Jamie and Kristin Cogburn (COGBURN LAW OFFICES) and Mr. Rhodes in their respective areas of expertise in order to assure that our client’s needs and interests are prosecuted in the best interests of their present and future business objectives.
